Postal Orders
Orders received on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 2:00pm West Australian time will be posted on the same day via Australia Post.
Unless otherwise requested, all orders are dispatched via Australia Post Express delivery. A tracking code is made available through the same method your order was placed, indicating the ETA, which will depend on postal services to your delivery address. On average, one to three working days. However, COVID-19 restrictions, Christmas and special holidays may have an impact on our intention to have your order delivered in the fastest possible way.
Contact-less delivery
In the interest of public health and safety, some delivery drivers may no longer require personal signatures on delivery. A photo of the premises to which the order was delivered may be needed as proof of delivery. Thank you for being so understanding in this matter.
